Alex Ong is a natural health author
by accident. By accident?

Alex is not a nutritionist. He
was “just” obese for 20 years.
At the young age of 25, his
cholesterol was at a dangerously
high level of 288. After many
years of "yo-yo" dieting, he finally
developed a way (5 Color Belts'
Eating Formulas) to get rid of his
unwanted pounds and lowered
his cholesterol to 168, naturally.

He began writing down the tips that helped him
improve his health. This tips served as a reminder to
himself to stay healthy for his wife and children.

Sadly, on September 1st of 2006, Alex lost his father
to a sudden massive heart attack – it drove him to
turn his notes into a natural health book called “Mind
Your Own Wellness – Turning Thoughts Into Reality.”

Alex hopes that we can all live our healthiest and
best. His book is written in memory of his father,
Ong Choon Lee and is dedicated to all lovers of health.
